What happens after I submit my pitch?

What should I include in my article outline?

Can I submit content that's already published elsewhere?

Final quote depends on word count, category, and turnaround. Surcharges apply for long-form content (+25%), AI/Crypto categories (+20%), and rush delivery (+30%).

How much does press release distribution cost?

Three tiers, all quoted as "up to": Tier 1 (TechBuzz only) up to $399, Tier 2 (TechBuzz + outreach to 5,000+ outlets) up to $699, and Tier 3 (full wire pickup including GlobeNewsWire and Yahoo Finance) up to $1,799. Contact us for a tailored quote based on your distribution goals.

Why is there a hard cap of 2 do-follow links per article?

Editorial integrity. The Tech Buzz is a credible publication with first-page Google positioning — that's exactly why a placement here carries weight. Cramming an article full of links would degrade trust with both readers and search engines. The 2-link cap is non-negotiable across every package and tier. Scarcity is the point.

What are your payment terms?

Net-30. Payment is due within 30 days of publication. We accept Stripe, PayPal, and wire transfer. Subscription packages bill monthly in advance. Enterprise billing arrangements available on request.

Do you offer discounts for recurring or high-volume work?

What's included in every package?

Why "up to" pricing instead of fixed numbers?

Every campaign is different. Word count, category, turnaround, and how much writing work we're doing all affect the final quote. We do discovery first (8 questions about goals, assets, budget, frequency) so the price reflects exactly what you need — never inflated, never sandbagged.

Can I get a refund if my content is rejected?

We don't charge until content is approved. If your draft is rejected during editorial review, there's no charge. Once published, refunds are only available if we fail to meet agreed promotional commitments. We work with you to revise content before rejection when possible.

We reject overly promotional content, plagiarized material, factually inaccurate information, and content that doesn't serve our audience's needs.

How should I handle backlinks in my content?

We cap at 2 do-follow backlinks per article — across every tier. Backlinks must be contextual, relevant, and add value for readers. Avoid exact-match anchor text overuse, and ensure all linked sites are high-quality and on-topic. We reserve the right to modify or remove links that don't meet our editorial standards. Additional links beyond 2 are not available at any price.

Can I include affiliate links?

Affiliate links are allowed with proper disclosure, but they must be relevant to the content and provide genuine value to readers. Excessive affiliate linking or content created primarily to drive affiliate sales will be rejected. All affiliate relationships must be clearly disclosed according to FTC guidelines.

Do you edit submitted content?

Yes, our editorial team reviews and edits all content for grammar, style, SEO optimization, and readability. We may suggest structural changes, fact-check claims, and optimize for our audience. How long does content stay live on your site?
