Anthropic — The AI company, known for its code generation capabilities, has reached $3B in annualized revenue, tripling from $1B in December 2024. This surge is fueled by strong enterprise demand for its services.
Dawn Aerospace — The NZ-based company has launched public sales of its Aurora space plane, reaching 62 miles altitude and Mach 3.5 speed. With a 22-pound payload. Deliveries are expected in 2027 at a cool… $30M a pop. Gulp.
LawZero — Yoshua Bengio is launching a nonprofit to develop "Scientist AI," a non-agentic system focused on AI safety and human psychology instead of onn AGI.
UBTech Robotics — The Chinese robotics startup is launching a $20,000 humanoid robot this year, challenging Tesla's Optimus for the emerging home humanoid market, with plans to ship 1,000 units.

xAI — Elon Musk's AI startup is launching a $300M share sale, valuing it at $113B following its $33B acquisition of X. Also raising $5B through high-interest debt to fund infrastructure expansion.
Cohere — The AI start-up founded by ex-Google researchers in Canada is seeking over $500M for expansion, aiming for a valuation of $5.5B-$6.5B. ARR has doubled, surpassing $100M, despite competition from established players and new entrants.
Abridge AI — The AI solutions for healthcare unicorn is raising $300M in a round led by Andreessen Horowitz, increasing its valuation to $5.3B. Khosla Ventures is also participating, following an earlier $250M round this year.

Salesforce — Acquired Moonhub, a startup specializing in AI tools for hiring and part of Moonhub's team will join to boost its AI-driven acquisition efforts.
IBM — Acquired Seek AI, an enterprise data analysis startup, to bolster its Watsonx AI Labs in NYC to support IBM's strategy to invest in enterprise AI.
Cellebrite — The Israeli digital intelligence solutions startup is acquiring mobile testing startup Corellium for $170M to enhance its mobile vulnerability id capabilities.
IPO WATCH
Voyager Technologies — The defense and space tech startup aims for a $1.6B valuation in its U.S. IPO. It plans to sell 11M shares at $26-$29 each and is developing a commercial successor to the ISS, with net sales up 14.2%.
Gemini — The crypto exchange founded by the Winklevoss twins has confidentially filed for an IPO with the SEC following the conclusion of the SEC’s investigation into the firm.
Circle — The stablecoin provider's IPO shares surged 168% on day one, closing at $83.23, signaling strong crypto market confidence despite the initial valuation being below a private round.
